Jon Savitt is a writer and comedian from Minneapolis, Minnesota featured in places like Funny or Die, College Humor, TIME, Washington Post, HuffPost, New York Magazine, American Bystander, Paste Magazine, NBC News, BuzzFeed, MPR, and more.

He’s performed at festivals across the country (Dallas Comedy Fest, Hawaii Comedy Festival, Omaha Comedy Festival, Plano Comedy Festival, SketchFest Seattle, Twin Cities Jewish Humor Festival), and has opened for national headliners seen on Netflix, Comedy Central, and more. Most recently, he won “Best Stand-Up” at the All The Laughs comedy awards.

He's a past contributor to the popular "Good Mythical Morning" comedy series, has toured with several long-form comedy shows about everything from his experience with antisemitism to his dreams of being a professional basketball player, and has collaborated with everyone from entertainers to NBA stars. Spending years living and writing in Washington D.C., Jon’s comedy often incorporates the current pulse on events, politics, and today’s most pressing issues.

In addition to performing, he currently writes on a variety of animated and live-action projects, regularly supports studios with pilots, ghostwriting, and development opportunities, and hosts the late-night comedy game show
